HOT ROCKET
I have been a chef for 27 years working in 8 different European countries and a host of Michelin starred restaurants and deluxe hotels.
I started the brunch box back in 2020 serving delicious breakfasts and coffee to hungry truckers always buying from small local farms and independent producers until a change in direction and a complete rebrand in 2023 when I started Hot Rocket!
