With a background in Michelin-starred restaurants and deluxe hotels, Andrew Taylor is behind the creative craft and moreish meals that Hot Rocket has become well known for by TV, film and media production teams, wedding guests and beyond, offering a bespoke, friendly and experienced approach.

Whether catering for a large-scale film set, or an intimate wedding, ingredients and bold flavours are always at the heart of Hot Rocket, and we’re passionate about always using the very best.

With pork from Magness Farm, a small holding just outside Saffron Walden where the pigs are raised in the forest, to chicken from Creedy Carver in Devon, and cheese sourced from Somerset favourites, Keens Cheddar and Montgomery Creamery.

When put together, this incredible produce creates explosive flavour combinations and bangin’ food, all served from our silver Hot Rocket Airstream.

You may even find us making an appearance at Glastonbury Festival from time to time – proof that great food travels well!
